This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2021. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner as of now on the file of the respondent and the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
