.. Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition came to be numbered under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by way of transfer of O.A. No.6559 of 2002 from the file of Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal with a prayer seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the respondents and quash, (a)Order No.A3/83903/90 dated 26/09/1994 issued by the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of North Arcot District, Vellore-9 (First Respondent); b) Order No.Rc.A3/131967/94 dated 16/04/1996 issued by the Additional Collector North Arcot Ambedkar District vellore-9.(II Respondent); c)Order No.G.O.(1T)572 dated 05/12/2001 issued by the Secretary to Government of Tamilnadu, Revenue (Ser.6(2) Department, Fort, Chennai-9 (III Respondent) and (iii) To direct the respondents to grant consequential financial and service benefits to the petitioner with the consequential prayer to award costs incidental to this petition.

This Writ Petition came on transfer from Tamilnadu Administrative Tribunal. The petitioner filed O.A. No.11780 of 2007 challenging the orders in No.A3/83903/90 dated 26/09/1994 issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Personal Assistant (General) to the Collector of North Arcot District, Vellore-9 (First Respondent); b) Order No.Rc.A3/131967/94 dated 16/04/1996 issued by the Additional Collector North Arcot Ambedkar District vellore-9.(II Respondent); c)Order No.G.O.(1T)572 dated 05/12/2001 issued by the Secretary to Government of Tamilnadu, Revenue (Ser.6(2) Department, Fort, Chennai-9 (III Respondent) to quash with a further direction to the respondents to grant consequential financial and service benefits to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up on 09.01.2015, no one appeared for the petitioner. Finding no one represented for the petitioner, the matter was re-notified under the caption 'for dismissal' on 12.01.2015. Again today when the matter was taken up, no one appeared.
