When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner is no more. It is further submitted that, even at the time of filing this Writ Petition, he was not alive. 2. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition has to be dismissed, having been filed in the name of the petitioner, and accordingly, it is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
