Respondent(s) PRAYER (A) Issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that Government Order G.O.(Ms) No.18, dated 04/02/ 2019 issued by Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MAI) Department which permits industries causing pollution in the residential area as unconstitutional.

(B) Directing 3rd Respondent, 4th Respondent, 5th Respondent and 6th Respondent to shift the 7th Respondent's saw mill from the residential area municipal sanitary Ward 22 of Dharapuram municipality to any industrial area that 7th Respondent deems fit.

(C) To direct the 1st Respondent to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 4th Respondent and 6th respondent and all those under them who dealt with complaints of petitioner by deliberately stating false statements and by acting against the law thereby deliberately acting in dereliction of their duty and to impose penalty on them to be utilized for public issue of protection of environment.

(D). To direct the 1st Respondent to issue a Circular to all those functioning under them to deal with complaints of persons with disability in the most sensitive manner without any arbitrariness and strictly complying with the law.
