ORDER

The second respondent initiated proceedings against the petitioner and ultimately he was dismissed from service. The said order was challenged before the first respondent by way of statutory appeal. 2. The learned Standing counsel for Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent is now seized of the matter.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the statutory appeal filed by the petitioner on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
