This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instruction would submit there is a dispute between the tenant and the landlord.

3. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court cannot issue any blanket direction. However, if it is found to be civil dispute, the respondent police shall relegate the parties to the Civil Court.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
