Though the petitioner was given the house patta, he was removed subsequently on the ground that there is a proposal to establish research center. With the said grievance, the petitioner made a representation on 17.04.2015 seeking permission to put up construction in the very same place. 2.It is seen from the records that the representation made by the petitioner was forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer by the District Collector in and by the proceedings dated 07.07.2015 in Na.Ka.10998/2015/A2. The Revenue Divisional Officer, in turn, in proceedings dated 31.07.2015 in Na.Ka.3385/20/2015/A1 has directed the respondent no.3 to take appropriate action. As no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to take appropriate action pursuant to the communication dated 07.07.2015 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
