These petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 23 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent, and to bring on record the proposed respondents 6 to 8 herein as legal representatives of deceased 2nd respondent.
2. Ms.R.Meenal, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 2nd respondent died on 06.01.2022. Hence, she has filed the above petitions.
3. Mr.J.Antony Jesus, learned counsel appearing for the respondents appeared and undertakes to file vakalat for proposed respondents 6 to 8.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, all the petitions are allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 2nd respondent are impleaded as respondents 6 to 8 in the above Second Appeal. 12.07.2022 rpp Note : The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and list the matter on 02.08.2022 for arguments. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
