This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation to find and recover the petitioner's four-wheeler car bearing registration No. TN 20 DD 7104 Maruti Zuzuki Dzire VXI (Prime Oxford Blue Colour) in Crime No.01 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. Heard the counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Criminal Original Petition, directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.01 of 2024 by considering the representation dated 14.04.2025 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice and giving an opportunity of hearing to her and its outcome shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
