This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 222 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal against the Order passed in Crl.MP.No.1701 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Erode.
2. Heard both sides, and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.
4. Recording the said submissions, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 222 days is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
