ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to provide the police protection and police aid based on the complaint dated 04.02.2015 in order to save the life of the petitioner as per law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1 and perused the material placed on record.

3.Initially, the petitioner had given a complaint on 27.01.2015. On reading of the same, it is seen that the petitioner has made some allegations against the Pastor of the church. The allegation is that the Pastor has not properly conducted the church activities. 4.In the considered opinion of this Court, the allegation does not disclose any cognizable offence for the police investigation. He has also given a complaint on 04.02.2015 alleging that the Pastor has threatened him. On the said complaint, the police has given CSR Number. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, this petition is closed.
