ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 10.07.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.07.2021, a preliminary enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.233 of 2021 dated 13.07.2021 and the case has been closed as "Civil in Nature".

3. At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.
