The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach this Court, as and when cause of action arises and has also made an endorsement to that effect as under: "May be permitted to withdraw with liberty to approach this Hon'ble Court whenever any stringent action taken by respondent bank."

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to writ jurisdiction, as and when cause of action arises, if so advised.
