This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.12888 of 2022 on 01.06.2022, to stay at Trichy and report before the Trichy Fort Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners have only complied the conditions from 21.06.2022 to 04.07.2022 thereafter not complied.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
