ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.01.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action, in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
