ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No.209/3 and 210/3 in Patta No.308 to an extent of 9.83.00 Ares and 0.44.50 Ares situated at Bargur Village, Andiyur Taluk, Erode District and to fix its boundaries as per the release deed in document No.3752/2016 dated 14.09.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to the mother of the petitioner and after the death of his mother, the property devolved on the petitioner and his four sisters. Subsequently, the 2/5

petitioner's sisters executed a release deed in favour o the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an application through online on 23.05.2024 to survey his land and fix its boundaries, the respondents have not taken steps in this regard. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 23.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
