Respondent PRAYER: The Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 07.03.2022 passed by the Additional Labour Court, Coimbatore in I.D. No.44 of 2019 on the preliminary issue holding that the enquiry conducted by the respondent management was fair and proper and holding that there was no perversity in the findings of the enquiry officer and that there was no bias on the part of the enquiry officer and quash the same.

ORDER

When the case was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Writ petition is filed challenging the order in I.D. No.44 of 2019 passed by the Tribunal on the preliminary issue and now the main case itself was disposed of and nothing survives for further adjudication.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also has not disputed the same.
