(Crime No.465 of 2019) PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition fully imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21588 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 to report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21588 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1029 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.21588 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 is totally relaxed.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
