This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that, on a complaint lodged by one Kavitha, petition enquiry is pending before the 1st respondent.

4. In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioners shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.
