The Original Application No.5666 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records of the 4th respondent issued in Proceedings in KDIS No.138/2002-03 dated 10.07.2002 and quash the same and issue a direction to the respondents to fix the applicant's pay in the special grade scale of pay at Rs.1760/- after adding one increment at the rate of Rs.60/- in the scale of pay of Rs.1640/--2900 and fix his pay at Rs.2000 as on 01.01.1996 in the pre-revised scale and fix the corresponding pay at Rs.6300/- with effect from 01.01.1996 in the scale of Rs.5900/--200-9900 and to grant the arrears of pay and calculate the last drawn emoluments consequently for the purpose of pension. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.11783 of 2002. O R D E R

The petitioner filed a writ petition for fixation of Special Grade Scale of pay on particular stage.

2. When the matter is taken for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the issue in this writ petition was settled in favour of the petitioner and made the following endorsement.

"As per the proceedings dated 16.07.2018, in Na.Ka.No.7514 / H4/ 2011, served an me, by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner has been given more relief, as per the G.O.Ms.Nos.180, 181 dated 06.09.2013. Hence, the W.P. may be closed."

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
