This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 17.08.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 17.08.2015, given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed on 09.08.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
