Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to fix an early dated for final hearing before this Hon`ble Court in Crl.A.No.594 of 2019 against S.C.No.270 of 2017 and Criminal Appeal No.594 of 2019 pending before this Hon`ble Corut. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SUGENDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to fix an early date for final hearing of the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was earlier employed in Ashok Leyland Company and after the conviction, though he has been granted suspension of sentence, because of the conviction and pendency of the appeal, he is unable to get employment and thereby, he would seek for fixing an early date for the hearing of the appeal.
