ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2021 seeking for ready and willing to sell petitioner immovable property situated at old door No.11/L, new door No.11/5L, Kathivakkam High Road, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 021, comprised in R.S.No.1833/1, as per sub division R.S.No.1833/4 to an extent of 18 grounds and 2373 sq.ft., in valuable sale consideration.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

The petitioner owned property ad measuring 18 grounds and

2373 sq.ft., comprised in R.S.No.1833/1, as per sub division R.S.No.1833/4 situated at old door No.11/L, new door No.11/5L, Kathivakkam High Road, Tondiarpet, Chennai - 600 021. The petitioner is not able to develop the said property and as such he submitted representation to the respondents for purchase of the said land. 4.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 submitted that they do not require this land for any purpose. Further, the petitioner cannot compel the respondents to purchase the said lands in order to develop the same.

In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and the writ petition itself devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.
