Prayer in CRP.No.1949 of 2019: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 22.03.2019 passed in I.A.No.478 of 2018 in I.A.No.404 of 2016 in O.S.No.103 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Arokkonam, Vellore District, and allow the above Civil Revision Petition and consequently re-call the warrant issued to the Advocate Commissioner by order dated 01.08.2019 in I.A.No.478 of 2018 in I.A.No.404 of 2016.

Prayer in CRP.No.1950 of 2019: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order and decreetal order dated 22.03.2019 passed in I.A.No.479 in I.A.No.404 of 2016 in O.S.No.103 of 2013 1/3

on the file of the District Munsif Court, Arakkonam, Vellore District, and allow the above Civil Revision Petition and consequently scrap the advocate commissioner report dated 10.01.2018 as filed in I.A.No.404 of 2016 in O.S.No.103 of 2013 along with Taluk Surveyor report dated 24.11.2017.
