O R D E R

On 17.12.2014, the petitioner gave a representation enclosing the Sale Deed registered in the name of his father Ramasamy as well as the patta, alleging that the property situated in Survey No.110/3, Nangavalli Village, Jalagandapuram Sub Division was shown with a wrong patta registered in the name of Kandasamy S/o Ramasamy instead of Ramasamy S/o.Ramasamy Gounder. Thus, seeking to remove the name of Kandasamy and replace with Ramasamy, the petitioner made the representation. Despite the same, as no further action is forthcoming, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the said Kandasamy, in whose name the patta stands as of now.
