The petitioner filed this civil revision petition to direct the learned trial Judge to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2939 of 2014 in O.S.No.2050 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. The application in I.A.No.2939 of 2014 in O.S.No.2050 of 2014 was preferred by the petitioner as early as on 8 October 2014. The respondent filed

(tar) counter in the said application on 5 December 2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Trial Court failed to take up the matter in spite of expiry of a period of about two years.

4. The learned Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.2939 of 2014 in O.S.No.2050 of 2014, on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
