ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.6 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed in this case.

Taking into consideration the fact that the offence involved is a serious offence under the POCSO Act and the investigation has also been completed, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the Criminal case, at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
