Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to allot the petitioner herein Plot No.45B commercial plot in Sampath Nagar Scheme and Plot EVP 130 in Kollampalayam Scheme, Erode as per the proceedings bearing No.R9/4623-A/91 dated 25.06.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent.

O R D E R
Pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25029 of 2013 dated 27.01.2014, an order was passed by the respondent no.3 dated 10.02.2014, which was followed by a subsequent order dated 25.06.2014. After receipt of the same, the petitioner made a representation stating that he is willing to accept the communication dated 25.06.2014 by which the concurrence of the petitioner was sought for allotment of two other plots. Accordingly, by representation dated 06.08.2014, the petitioner has sought for allotment of the two plots on the price to be fixed by the respondent. As despite the same no action has been taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation made by the petitioner on 06.08.2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
