Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience, since the wife is a resident of Karur. Even in the original petition namely, HMOP.No.172 of 2021, the address of the wife was given as Thaliyapatti Village, Karur District. 2.Though served, the respondent is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed. 3.Considering the convenience of the wife, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed, HMOP.No.172 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Erode is withdrawn and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
