By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner challenging the order of demotion from the post of Junior Assistant to Record Clerk, filed OA.No.3472/2001 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal and on abolition, it was transferred to the file of this Court and re-numbered as WP.No.3472/2007. This Court, vide order dated 11.10.2011, has allowed the writ petition and quashed the order of demotion. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that though the order came to be passed as early as on 11.10.2011, it has not been implemented and in this regard, the petitioner has also submitted representations dated 08.03.2012, 11.08.2015 and 01.10.2015 and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.
3. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.v.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 08.03.2012, 11.08.2015 and 01.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
