Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate order on petitioner's representations dated 29.04.2013 and 10.06.2014 thereby altering/correcting/rectifying the extent of petitioner's land from 0.38 cents to 0.50 cents comprised in Survey No.72/1A2B at Vairavankuppam Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District in all relevant revenue registries such as Patta, Chitta, Adangal, A Register, Field Measurement Sketch etc., available with the respondents.

O R D E R

There are series of communications on the representation made by the petitioner stating that there is a mistake committed with respect to the extent of the property situated in Survey No.72/1A2B at Vairavankuppam Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District. On receipt of the said representation, the respondent no.4 has sent his recommendation to the respondent no.3. The said authority has, in turn, sent his recommendation to the respondent no.1. The respondent no.1 is stated to have asked the respondent no.2 to look into the same. The petitioner has stated all these facts in the affidavit filed in support of the petition stating that the matter is pending consideration of the respondent no.2 and the said authority has sought for certain clarifications from the respondent no.4 as per letter in Na.Ka.E3/873/2015 dated 19.03.2015.

2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the pending request made by the petitioner, after getting appropriate clarifications from the respondent no.4 pursuant to the communication dated 19.03.2015, if not already done, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
