This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to call for the records in Cr. No.102/2019 for offences under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C. @ 306 IPC on the file of first respondent police and quash the same.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file in S.C.No.33 of 2022, before the learned Mahila Court, Allikulam, Chennai.
3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
