Crl.M.P.No.7711 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5246 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5246 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023, passed by this Court, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 9(d) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5246 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
