ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The petitioner would state that she is a native of Kanyakumari District and at present, working as the Staff Nurse at Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur and her family consists of her husband, a child aged about 1 year, father-in-law and mother-in-law and all of them are permanently settled at Kanyakumari District. The petitioner would state that number of staff nurses working in Government Medical College at Acharipallam, Kanyakumari District, were promoted and as on today, there are vacancies in the said post. In this regard, she has also submitted representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 07.10.2015 to the 2nd respondent praying for her transfer to Kanyakumari District and since no orders have been passed, she came forward to file this writ petition.
This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
This Court, taking into consideration, the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2015 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
