The requisite permission has been granted by the Green Bench of the Honourable Supreme Court on 05.10.2015 listed at Serial No.40. The aforesaid shows that obviously there was incorrect information made available by the learned Government Pleader on the last date, as the order had already been passed prior to that date.

The learned Government Pleader states that now the time schedule for completion of the task would be placed before this Court by filing an affidavit of compliance, as there is no impediment.

The affidavit be filed within three weeks.
