O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by way of false case against the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.N.Gokula Rao, learned counsel representing Mr.E.P.Senniyangiri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.M.Prabhavathi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1 & 2.

3. Today when the petition came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police on instructions would submit that no petition / no complaint pending against the petitioner. On the other hand, he https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, one enquiry is pending against one Ramya.

4. In the said circumstances, in the absence of any complaint against the petitioner, the question of harassment does not arise.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
