2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the third and fourth respondents.

3. There are no serious objections on behalf of the third and fourth respondents.

Upon considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit in support of this petition, this Court is of the considered view that it is just and necessary to allow this miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
