This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify one of the condition to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees TenThousand only) each with two sureties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused each for a like sum in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11442 of 2023 by order dated 18.05.2023. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that all the family members have been arrayed as accused in the complaint.

4.Considering the averments made in the petition filed in support of his claims and also the fact that all the family members have been arrayed as accused in the complaint, the above said condition is modified by deleting "one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused"in paragraph six of the order dated 18.05.2023.
