ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri in Crl.M.P.No.449 of 2019 in S.C.No.181/2019 dated 24.03.2021.
2.The petitioners, who are the accused in Crime No.51 of 2019, have filed a petition under Section 91 Cr.P.C. calling for the accident register of Government Hospital, Uthangarai, on the allegation that correction has been made by the Investigating Officer in the copy of the accident register produced. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that in this case, charges are yet to be framed and witnesses are yet to be examined. Section 91 Cr.P.C petition has been filed even prior to the framing of charges.

4.Considering that the case is at the stage of framing of charges, 91 Cr.P.C petition filed by the petitioners is not maintainable. In view of the same, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the trial Court. Hence, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
