Application No.2600 of 2022 has been filed to condone the delay of 354 days in filing the application to setaside the abatement caused by the death of the first petitioner/plaintiff late Mrs.R.Lakshmi Kanthammal.

2. Application No.2601 of 2022 has been filed to setaside the abatement caused by the death of the first petitioner.

3. Application No.2602 of 2022 has been filed to bring applicants 1 to 5 on record and to implead them as a party to the proceedings as they are necessary and proper parties and also as legal heirs of late Mrs.R.Lakshmi Kanthammal, the first petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to allow the applications.

5. In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the applications are allowed. 1/3

6. Learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs is directed to carry out suitable amendment so as to bring the LR's on record and also serve the copy of the amended plaint to the respondent/defendant.

7. List the Suit on 17.08.2022.
