It is seen from the records that by order dated 08.09.2015 the patta issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled by the respondent no.3. As against the said order, the petitioner is said to have filed an appeal to the respondent no.2. Seeking disposal of the said appeal dated 07.10.2015, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to pass appropriate final orders on the pending appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to M/s.Sir C.V.Raman Educational Trust in whose favour the respondent no.3 has passed the order.
