Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Extend the Time granted in Crl OP No.11120 of 2022 order dated 18.05.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PRINCE PREM KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11120 of 2022 to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 18.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
