O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed against the order dated 27.01.2023 in C.R.P.No.1 of 2016 passed by the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore, confirming the order dated 07.04.2015 passed in P.T.A.No.67 of 2012 by the 1st respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent raised an objection by stating that the Writ Petition is not maintainable, since the order impugned has been passed by the Principal District Judge, Cuddalore under Section 22 of the Public Trust Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to return the case papers enabling the petitioner to file a Civil Revision Petition. In view of the said submission, the Registry, High Court is directed to return the case papers to the learned counsel on record for the purpose of filing Civil

Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition in W.P.No.16707 of 2023 stands closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
