An application was made by the petitioner seeking survey of the land situated in Survey No.141/2 in Panayacherry Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Thiruvallur District, along with the requisite fees. Seeking consideration of the said application dated 16.02.2015 and basing reliance on the Sale Deed dated 15.02.19991 and Patta No.544 dated 25.03.2013, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking note of the said facts, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
