ORDER
Heard both and perused the papers.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the sale deed in respect of the property mentioned in the allotment order dated 24.9.1984 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.8.2013.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has already executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
