PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.8.2013 and to execute a sale deed in respect of the property mentioned in the allotment order dated 24.9.1984 in Se.Mu.No.549/84D.

ORDER

Heard both and perused the papers.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to execute the sale deed in respect of the property mentioned in the allotment order dated 24.9.1984 based on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.8.2013.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has already executed the sale deed in favour of the petitioner and that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
