This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court on 07.04.2025 in Crl.OP.No.10316 of 2025 directing the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police Cantonment Police Station everyday at 10.30 am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed.
