Prayer in W.P.No.11786 of 2007:

The Original Application No.5772 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to call for the records relating to the G.O.(2D) No.74 Finance (Treasuries and Accounts) Dept. dt. 27.08.2002 passed by the 1st respondent herein quash the same and to direct the respondents to give all the consequential benefits thereof. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.11786 of 2007.

Prayer in W.P.No.11789 of 2007:

The Original Application No.5731 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to implement the G.O.Ms.No.344 Finance (Treasuries and Accounts I) Dept. dt. 10.9.2001 passed by the first respondent herein and to order promotion of the applicant as Sub Treasury Officer w.e.f.30.06.95 and to pay the benefits and to direct the respondents to give all the consequential https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

benefits thereof. On abolition of the Tribunal, the same was transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.11789 of 2007.

For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents: Mr.K.Ravikumar Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R On 04.07.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence the writ petitions were directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.07.2018. Thereafter, on 06.07.2018 the writ petitions were directed to be listed under the same caption on 09.07.2018.

2.Today, even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
