This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 09.08.2016 given by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular case has been registered in Crime No.210 of 2016 on 28.08.2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b) & 506(ii) IPC against one Sivakumar and Sunthara.
