2. This Writ Petition is being disposed at the time of admission after dispensing with the requirement of filing of counter based on the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first and second respondents.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 07.05.2022 of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Page No. 2 of 4
