C.M.P.No.10642 of 2022 in CMA.S.R.No.66519 of 2022 P.T. ASHA, J, The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1784 days in filing the above CMA.

2.The respondents have been served but had not entered appearance though the delay is of 1784 days.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence, the delay is condoned subject to the condition that the appellants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the said period i.e, for 1784 days.

4. The Registry is directed to number the above appeal.
